grrrrr.. what the heck is wrong with my boss... she asks me to 'write to xxxx to get the stats' and before i even have a chance to write the email, she's on the phone asking me if i've gotten the stats...

i wonder why her son hasn't committed suicide yet

he's wondering why the boss is so engrossed in her nonsensical work while not doing the proper core duties...

and it's driving him up the wall because we're also doing a lot of nonsensical BS work

i shared what av's management told him before.. that evaluation will not be done on your core duties.. you could be totally incompetent at that but still be promoted and graded very well simply by belonging and doing a lot of rubbish work for the stuff which is NOT your core duties Laughing
